Taking Care of Your Pet While Waiting for an Appointment
We understand this is a very difficult time, and we’re here to help guide you.
• Placing your pet, wrapped in a blanket, in a refrigerator provides the best preservation
• You may also contact a local veterinarian to see if they can hold your pet until arrangements are made
• If neither option is available, keep your pet in a cool area, out of direct sunlight, such as in a cooler with ice packs
